Summer Skills Clinic with Neil Turnbull

Kaneland United SC is pleased to welcome former Canadian Women's National Team Soccer Coach Neil Turnbull to the Club's summer skills camp.

Coach Turnbull has led and developed players at the highest levels, including leading the Canadian Women's National Program from 1986-1991 and 1995-1999. During this time, his teams competed in the 1998 FIFA Women's Invitational Tournament, the CONCACAF 1991 FIFA Women's World Cup Qualifiers and the CONCACAF 1998 FIFA Women's World Cup Qualifiers. His team qualified for and competed in the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup hosted by the United States. He holds a National A license and has also coached NCAA Division 1 and Canadian University programs.

Coach Turnbull will be leading the Kaneland United SC training staff and the summer skills clinics scheduled for August 8 - 11, 2016.

The four day camp will be held at the Club's fields at Kaneland High School on Keslinger Rd in Maple Park. Programs will run from 4 - 7pm each evening. 

Open registration is available for U10 - U18 players and is only $45 for existing Club Competitive soccer and Academy members and $55 for non-Club members. Summer Camp emphasis will be on technical skill development and tactical awareness.
